Key responsibilities & impact

Review, assess, and respond to incoming collaboration requests from influencers, agencies, and management teams
Research requesters’ profiles, reach, and target audiences and summarize the findings for the team
Write acceptances, rejections, and follow-up questions in the company’s brand voice, while meeting deadlines and honoring commitments
Maintain the creator list and overview of ongoing collaborations
Coordinate appointments, product shipments, and documents for ongoing collaborations
Follow up on outstanding responses
Prepare and file contracts, briefings, and invoices from an administrative perspective
Collect key metrics from ongoing collaborations and prepare them for analysis
Help organize influencer events
Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and simplify recurring processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field
You are available to work approximately 10 to 15 hours per week, preferably spread across set days
You write clear, friendly emails in German
You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and maintain an overview even when handling many open tasks
You are reliable when it comes to deadlines and ask questions when anything is unclear
You handle contracts, commercial terms, and personal data confidentially
You are familiar with social media and interested in the creator economy
You are confident using spreadsheets and digital tools, or learn new systems quickly
You are interested in finance, equality, and personal development
Initial experience managing a customer service inbox, working at an agency, or running your own social media account is a plus
