8-12 Years of work experience
Strong hands-on expertise in SSIS / SSRS, SQL Server Administration, T-SQL, Backup & Recovery, Performance Tuning, Index Optimization, SQL Agent Jobs, SSMS, Production Support, Database Security, and Always On Availability Groups (AG)
Extensive experience managing large-scale production SQL Server environments
Expertise in query optimization, execution plan analysis, and database performance troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of database security, access management, auditing, and compliance
Experience with disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing
Ability to lead complex database modernization, migration, and optimization initiatives
