Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Consolidations team
- Consolidate the company’s financials in accordance with US GAAP
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Review and approve monthly consolidated adjustment entries
- Review quarterly consolidated accounting schedules submitted by segments
- Reconcile and analyze intercompany accounts
- Support preparation and tie-out of external financial documents, including SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, Earnings Releases)
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Support implementation of OneStream consolidation software
- Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to Compliance, Tax, Financial Planning, and Investor Relations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree with 12 years prior experience, or Graduate Degree with 10 years prior experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- CPA with active license (preferred, not required)
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Workiva (WDesk) (preferred)
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with employees at all levels of the organization
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, flexibility, and adaptability
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task
