Key responsibilities & impact

Lead BCS Marsh Policy Servicing across various geographies
Engage senior leaders to streamline business requirements within PPS and other value streams
Lead change management initiatives during system and process migrations
Lead operational delivery for assigned teams, business units and entities
Provide dashboards and metrics showing trends, figures and business insights
Engage and develop team members
Work with global leads on process improvement and automation initiatives
Plan and execute projects across Global PPS value streams
Study the policy landscape and contribute to business cases for AI/Digital initiatives for the end-to-end Policy Servicing process
Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements
Identify, verify and document functional and operational requirements across the Policy Servicing Operating Model
Facilitate requirements gathering and translate value-stream requirements into functional requirements for technical teams
Manage data and reporting requests
Build relationships with onshore managers and understand stakeholder challenges and plans
Manage utilization and resources to ensure timely, cost-efficient and quality delivery
Maintain operational management discipline using reporting metrics and published procedures
Network with external groups to increase technical-area knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of managing teams and preparing project plans/schedules
3-5 years of Business Analysis experience
6-8 years’ overall experience in Insurance domain
Understanding of Insurance broking business
Analytical ability and decision making
Communication, influencing and negotiation skills
