About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own finance and revenue systems architecture and integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Bill.com, card programs, and the data warehouse
- Co-build the billing engine for ramps and payments, including partner fee schedules, markups, revenue splits, and monthly partner settlements
- Build reconciliation and alerting systems for platform transactions, partner statements, bank and on-chain activity, and the ledger
- Own Salesforce data standards, account ownership, HubSpot sync, pipeline reporting, deal approval workflow, and pricing guardrails
- Produce payments metrics and account health views
- Administer sales commissions and calculate payouts from Salesforce and billing data
- Automate recurring non-payroll close work
- Build AI-assisted workflows for AP intake, coding, payment matching, and collections
- Produce payment volume, revenue, retention, churn, pipeline, transaction success, refund, and settlement metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in revenue operations, finance operations, finance systems or billing at a payments or fintech company
- Payments experience is required
- Integrations and data pipelines shipped yourself, including Salesforce and NetSuite
- Experience building revenue metrics and administering sales commissions
- Experience writing requirements with engineering teams and seeing them through to production
- Payment reconciliation at scale (nice to have)
- On-chain and stablecoin data (nice to have)
- Commission tools (nice to have)
