About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist senior agents in identifying and recruiting talented football players through research and attending matches
- Support preparation and negotiation of player contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance and representing clients’ best interests
- Coordinate logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and scheduling
- Develop and maintain relationships with players, clubs, and other stakeholders
- Provide administrative support by maintaining detailed records of player profiles, contracts, and negotiations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Moderate experience as a football agent or consultant
- Passion for football and the sports industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
