About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage maintenance schedules supporting safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations
- Plan, coordinate, and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Work closely with REDD Team Maintenance, contractors, and external vendors
- Minimize downtime, ensure compliance, and optimize resource utilization
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the master maintenance schedule for short-term and shutdown/planned long-term work
- Review pending work orders in CMMS and plan/assign them by priority
- Produce a 2-week execution plan considering manpower, manhours, and equipment availability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 - 5 years of experience with contractors and planning
- High School Diploma
- Strong proficiency in CMMS and MVP systems
- Experience with contractor coordination during shutdowns
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance vendors and outsourcing coordination (e.g., vibration, thermography)
- Experience with CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management)
- Past exposure to safety/permitting processes and legal compliance record-keeping
