Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive the Salesforce program vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Align Salesforce initiatives with business goals and stakeholder priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams in program planning and execution
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce projects and initiatives
- Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, resource allocation, governance, risk management, and compliance
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritization, and expectation setting
- Communicate status updates, milestones, and issues to senior leadership
- Analyze and improve business processes through Salesforce automation and tools

- Oversee Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems

- Lead meetings, manage the Salesforce program plan, develop the program roadmap, facilitate vendor management, and manage risks and issues
- Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, project schedules, requirements, project documents, and reports
- Conduct status meetings and risk assessments, track action items, and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive projects toward on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
- 7+ years of project management experience in Information Technology projects, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects concurrently and successful project delivery results
- 5+ years of business process analysis
- 3+ years of workflow automation
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience
- Competency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience leading implementation of workflow automation solutions, including gathering and creating efficient business workflow processes
- Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, technology management best practices, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods
- In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools
- Experience managing several different priorities and responsibilities
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience creating project charters, implementation plans, test plans, deployment plans, and reports, and giving audience-appropriate presentations
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven track record managing complex infrastructure and website development projects from conception through completion with cross-functional teams
- Experience performing business analysis and/or project management for software development projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Experience in vendor management
- Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking skills
- Large-scale Salesforce implementation experience preferred
- PMP credential preferred
- Experience leading digital workflow automation projects preferred
