About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end logistics and fulfillment operations from manufacturing through customer delivery and returns
- Evaluate fulfillment models and 3PL solutions, balancing efficiency, cost, scalability, and customer experience
- Select, establish, and manage warehousing, freight, and distribution partners
- Develop and manage inventory processes and systems with Finance and external providers
- Support inventory valuation, landed cost tracking, and related financial requirements with Finance and Accounting
- Establish and manage returns, warranty, and reverse logistics processes
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
- Identify operational risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; navigate trade-offs and escalate significant issues
- Provide visibility into fulfillment performance, inventory movement, and operational risks
- Continuously improve logistics and fulfillment processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Build trust and accountability across internal and external partners
- Integrate AI as a repeatable co-pilot in daily workflows
- Report to the Director of Connected Devices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment operations, or related work involving complex operational processes and external partners
- Ability to independently develop, manage, and improve logistics and fulfillment operations in evolving or ambiguous environments
- Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and external partners
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of inventory management and accounting concepts, including landed costs, cost of goods sold, and inventory valuation
- Experience collaborating across Finance, Legal, Product, and other teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thoughtfully explore and apply AI tools to improve operational workflows
- Ability to demonstrate onX’s Company Values
- Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment
- Ability to travel as needed, including domestic and occasional international travel
