Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize business processes and systems for the functional area and act as liaison between IT and the business
- Identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases through stakeholder discovery sessions, assessing automation and predictive analytics opportunities with ROI projections
- Translate AI model capabilities into business value, facilitate validation testing, and drive adoption

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree with four (4) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Data Analysis, Power BI/Tableau, intelligent automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate), ITIL and BA practice knowledge, familiarity with AI/ML concepts
- Communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship building, organization, influencing, problem solving skills
- Regular attendance is required
