Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an assigned product or product area
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, users, business needs, and market trends
- Translate customer problems and business opportunities into clear product requirements and outcomes
- Partner with Engineering and UX throughout discovery, development, testing, launch, and iteration
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical considerations, effort, and risk
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other stakeholders
- Use product analytics, customer insights, and market data to evaluate performance and guide decisions
- Define success measures and monitor product adoption, utilization, customer experience, and business impact
- Partner with go-to-market teams on product launches, positioning, enablement, and adoption
- Communicate roadmap priorities, product decisions, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related technology experience; direct product management experience preferred
- Experience working with software or technology products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle
- Working knowledge of Agile product development practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience developing product requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and prioritization recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and partner effectively with Engineering teams
- Strong communication skills across technical, customer, and business audiences
- Experience collaborating across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, or similar functions
- Comfort working through ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and making informed trade-offs
- Customer-focused mindset and curiosity about product usage and customer challenges
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies
- Preferred: experience with SaaS, cloud-based, enterprise software, payments, retail technology, data, or platform products
- Preferred: experience conducting customer discovery, competitive analysis, or market research
- Preferred: experience using product analytics to measure adoption and inform roadmap decisions
- Preferred: exposure to APIs, integrations, data platforms, or other technical product concepts
- Preferred: experience participating in product launches and go-to-market activities
