About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead new Sage Intacct implementations and add-on module engagements
- Work closely with clients and Project Managers to keep projects in scope and on budget
- Provide timely client support, resolving cases or transitioning them to publisher support within 24 hours
- Provide at least weekly client updates
- Escalate publisher cases proactively and maintain high CSAT across the client portfolio
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently hitting milestones and flagging risks early
- Identify out-of-scope items and assist Project Managers with timely change orders
- Keep project plans accurate and up to date
- Mentor junior consultants through leveling chats and group meetings
- Contribute to best practices and process improvements
- Stay current on Sage Intacct product releases and assess their impact on clients
- Work toward advanced module certifications, including CRE, Dynamic Allocations, and Global Consolidations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients beyond go-live
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience implementing and supporting Sage Intacct in a consulting environment
- Ability to work independently across multiple client engagements without close oversight
- Strong project management instincts, including milestone tracking, budget awareness, and change order management
- Client-facing communication skills, including setting expectations, delivering updates, and navigating difficult conversations professionally
- Experience mentoring or providing guidance to less experienced consultants
- Advanced Sage Intacct certifications, particularly in CRE, Dynamic Allocations, or Global Consolidations (nice to have)
- Experience working within a structured project methodology alongside dedicated Project Managers (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct publisher escalation processes (nice to have)
