Key responsibilities & impact- Own outcomes within a defined product charter across Donor Management, Church Management, Integrations, Apps, or Partnerships
- Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Drive customer and internal-stakeholder discovery to understand needs and validate solutions
- Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver quality features and enhancements on schedule
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launches, go-to-market enablement, and adoption
- Support packaging and pricing decisions aligned with Basic, Advanced, and Complete product tiers
- Build working knowledge of API endpoints, integrations, and payments processing
- Develop understanding of vault and tokenisation processes and settlements
- Use data and AI tools to analyze usage patterns, identify opportunities, and support decisions
- Evaluate and champion AI-driven product features and advocate for AI productivity tools
- Champion customer experience and product simplicity, power, and trust
- Mentor and coach other Product Managers
- Report directly to the Senior Director of Product
- Work with Engineering, Design, cross-functional, global product, engineering, and partner teams

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or adjacent industries
- Proven success delivering features or products end-to-end within cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or partnership-driven product models
- Exposure to payments, tokenisation, or fintech ecosystems is preferred
- Practical, hands-on experience with AI and machine learning applications in product development and internal workflows, including judgement to evaluate AI-driven features and their limitations
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Proficiency managing workstreams in Jira or an equivalent issue-tracking system
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work occasional non-standard hours for global, cross-timezone teams
- Working knowledge of API endpoints, integrations, and payments processing
- Familiarity with vault, tokenisation, and settlement systems
- Experience with Jira or equivalent, Confluence or equivalent, generative AI assistants, Postman or equivalent, and product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Pendo
- Must reside in an approved remote-work state: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WA
