About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the design strategy for each product
- Own the end-to-end product design process for the web platform
- Create UI/UX designs, mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and assets
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand workflows and pain points
- Lead design sprints and create user journey maps
- Design micro-interactions and flexible, reusable UI components
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate product vision into user-centered designs
- Align visual designs with the design system, brand guidelines, and user expectations
- Iterate prototypes and designs based on user feedback and business needs
- Communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions across teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in product design, focused on UX/UI for SaaS platforms
- Experience in B2B or mission-critical software design preferred
- Ability to design complex platforms with simplicity and usability for technical users
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and conducting user testing
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and iterating quickly
- U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. lawful permanent residency, refugee/asylee status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR
- Ability to work onsite a minimum of three days per week
- Work authorization in the U.S.; application asks about current or future visa sponsorship
- Security clearance status must be provided
