Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate client discovery sessions, onsite and virtual, to define product roadmaps, MVP boundaries, and success metrics.
- Translate client vision into Product Requirement Documents, prioritized feature backlogs, and detailed user stories.
- Conduct client product demos and manage stakeholder expectations across analysis, design, and execution.
- Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, architects, and designers using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Establish shared understanding across teams to unblock engineering, eliminate delivery friction, and empower autonomous decision-making.
- Drive project governance in Azure DevOps, maintaining clean backlogs, accurate tracking, and high delivery velocity.
- Use generative AI tools and rapid-prototyping platforms such as v0 to generate wireframes and validate user experiences.
- Explore and implement emerging AI workflows to accelerate client communication, requirements gathering, and design iterations.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact through proactive communication, delivery updates, and value creation.
- Guide clients through technical tradeoffs, scope management, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of full-lifecycle Product Management experience within a client-facing, consultancy, or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of MVP prioritization frameworks, user story mapping, PRD development, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AI-assisted design/prototyping tools such as v0.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud-native services or healthcare platforms/HIPAA compliance standards is preferred.
- Experience with AWS is preferred.
- Experience with healthcare platforms and HIPAA security standards is preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other project management tools is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub is preferred.
- Must satisfy U.S. work authorization requirements for direct W-2 employment through E-Verify.
