About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and manage customer onboarding, client interaction, and campaigns for variable print, pre-media, or Sales throughout the project lifecycle
Gather customer data and evaluate objectives and goals to create project plans and statements of work
Submit statements of work to legal for approval
Analyze customer requirements and determine overall project scope
Assemble appropriate resources and departments to implement customer campaigns
Estimate timelines and resources required, including programming, composition, photography, creative, and prepress
Design and implement workflows based on complexity, deliverables, costs, and job profitability
Maintain the master schedule and conduct periodic status checks
Adjust plans when requirements change
Communicate project status, problems, and potential delays to stakeholders
Manage customer expectations and ensure deliverables meet customer SLAs and company standards
Hold color review meetings and coordinate job changes when needed
Help establish test cases and obtain final project sign-off for go-live
Perform related duties and participate in special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree in a discipline related to the functional work or role with 3+ years of relevant work experience
Alternatively, Bachelor degree with 3–5 years of relevant work experience OR a comparable number of years of applicable work experience demonstrating ability to meet the job requirements
Ability to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately
Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers to resolve issues of moderate complexity
Strong functional computer knowledge using Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools
Ability to quickly learn specialized software
Continued expertise in primary tools or applications used for daily assignments
Very good communication skills and ability to communicate clearly
Proactive listening skills
Ability to articulate business needs to internal and external customers
Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen
