About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to effective support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and all aspects of service delivery
- Provide clients with solutions and deploy services related to SimCorp Dimension usage
- Act as key client contact for production support and maintain client relationships
- Analyze production-environment problems and system-operation issues across a wide range of topics
- Provide timely solutions within agreed SLAs
- Advise and service client users on configuration maintenance and enhancement with minimal supervision
- Optimize client usage of SimCorp services in a future-oriented way
- Cooperate with global SimCorp professionals in specialist roles to share knowledge and ensure efficient client solutions
- Work APAC/EMEA shifts
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science
- Knowledge in financial issues, theoretical as well as practical
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within asset management, funds management, or custodian
- Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension
- Experience in the operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions
- Ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated, service-minded, enthusiastic, committed, result-oriented, and able to thrive in time-sensitive situations
- Ability to work APAC/EMEA shift hours, which may change depending on business needs
- Weekend/public holiday work required on occasion
- Extended hours may be required on occasion
- Application in English
