About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the key client contact for production support and maintain client relationships
- Analyze problems and issues in SimCorp services, system operations, and client production environments
- Provide convincing and timely solutions within agreed SLAs
- Advise and service client users on configuration maintenance and enhancements with minimal supervision
- Provide solutions related to the usage of SimCorp services to optimize client operations
- Cooperate with global SimCorp professionals in specialist roles to share knowledge and ensure efficient client solutions
- Work as part of the SaaS Operations team delivering services to clients
- Support and maintain SimCorp Dimension and related service delivery activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science
- Knowledge of financial issues, both theoretical and practical
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within asset management, funds management, or custodian
- Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension
- Experience in the operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions
- Ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated, service-minded, enthusiastic, committed, and result-oriented
- Natural desire for problem solving
- Ability to thrive in time-sensitive situations
- APAC/EMEA shift hours, which may change depending on business needs
- Weekend/public holiday work required occasionally
- Willingness to work extended hours occasionally
- Application in English
