Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver complex Snowflake migration and implementation projects and drive successful customer outcomes
- Serve as Project Lead and trusted advisor for strategic customers
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define project approach and build project plans
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across implementation and migration engagements
- Deliver fixed-fee and highly scoped projects on time and within budget
- Own project governance, including budget and revenue reconciliation
- Lead data migration and code conversion efforts
- Drive scope clarity with project teams and customer stakeholders
- Identify use cases, create roadmaps, analyze risks, and execute project plans
- Own the full project lifecycle and ensure milestones, objectives, on-time delivery, on-budget delivery, and predictability
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, including adjacent workstream risks
- Collaborate with workstream owners and maintain timely communication
- Partner with customer Director- and VP-level stakeholders to drive alignment
- Leverage and improve program management methodologies, processes, tools, templates, and checklists
- Champion customer outcomes and articulate project value using quantifiable metrics
- Drive customer satisfaction through surveys, renewals, and additional opportunities
- Support scoping, estimating, delivery proposals, and regular delivery updates with Professional Services and Sales Account teams
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products and processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities within customer engagements and Snowflake
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in a Project or Program Manager role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation and/or migration projects
- Recent experience successfully delivering complex data-related and/or cloud-based migration projects for enterprise customers
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to Director- or VP-level stakeholders on technical delivery engagements
- Strong executive communication and relationship management skills across customer, partner, and internal teams
- Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud field
- Ability to communicate and translate effectively across engineering, marketing, and business development groups
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate to business and technical audiences, including senior-level stakeholders at large enterprises
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Systems Administrator, or Technical Account Manager is a bonus
