About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own project execution from start to finish, including timeline allocation, budget accountability, vendor procurement and management, fielding execution, and data management
- Partner with research teams and external partners to drive project execution and address challenges
- Consult with project teams on study objectives, BioVid standards, compliance requirements, methodology, and project delivery
- Oversee quality assurance and compliance checks of project materials
- Oversee quality control and data processing across data collection, data management, and report production
- Train and develop junior staff
- Participate in organizational initiatives, including committees, innovation, and client relationship building
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of market research industry experience required
- Master’s in relevant field preferred
- 5+ years of market research industry experience preferred
- Experience in health care market research preferred
- Experience managing qualitative and quantitative research projects preferred
- Project Management or other related certification preferred but not required
- Strong project management capabilities, including management of timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, and competing priorities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and sound judgment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage global healthcare market research projects
- Ability to collaborate with clients, research teams, and external partners
