Key responsibilities & impact- Gather requirements, analyze data, design solutions, and write technical requirements for infrastructure projects
- Support ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB/Discovery, and Webex
- Test and implement technology solutions, and support users through rollout
- Research current systems and create procedures that improve them
- Train and support end users
- Write Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contract Scopes of Deliverables
- Own project assignments from requirements through implementation
- Work across Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically integrations or work in Asset Management, Inventory Management, or CMDB/Discovery; this is a firm requirement
- Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite
- Data analytics experience
- Ability to be onsite in the Waterford/Pontiac area at least 2 days per week
- Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) experience (nice to have)
- Experience writing RFPs, contracts, or scopes of work (nice to have)
- Background supporting infrastructure teams (network, server, endpoint, VoIP) (nice to have)
