About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update rate and rule manuals with proposed changes
- Compile and submit filing exhibits for state regulators
- Partner with IT to deploy product changes into market
- Participate in countrywide projects, class plan enhancements, or maintenance of complex product features
- Develop and maintain partnerships with pricing analytics, countrywide and state product management, technology, operations, data science, compliance, and legal organizations
- Improve organizational capabilities through process improvements, documentation, and quality measures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in insurance/financial service sector preferred
- Familiarity with Personal Insurance products is a plus
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
