About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end onboarding for new tools and platforms from rollout planning through steady-state adoption
- Build rollout playbooks, quick-start guides, and role-based learning paths
- Partner with MarTech, IT, and platform vendors on releases, migrations, and go-live timelines
- Evaluate tool usage and identify friction points, confusion, and underused features
- Simplify workflows and documentation
- Gather user feedback and convert it into process, training, or tooling improvements
- Design and deliver training on new AI capabilities for marketers and communicators
- Build scalable enablement through training sessions, office hours, quick reference guides, and an internal knowledge base
- Identify high-friction workflows where AI can have the most impact and pilot new use cases
- Maintain relationships with technology partners and understand product roadmaps
- Track enablement, onboarding, and adoption practices at leading technology and AI companies
- Represent the organization in partner briefings, beta programs, and early-access opportunities
- Measure adoption, usage, and satisfaction across tools and training programs
- Report trends and gaps
- Recommend and pilot new enablement approaches based on data, feedback, and external best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in enablement, learning and development, technical training, or operations at a technology or high-growth organization
- Direct experience rolling out tools or platforms and driving adoption across a large, distributed user base
- Hands-on comfort with modern AI tools such as LLMs, AI assistants, and agentic workflows
- Genuine curiosity about applying AI tools to real work
- Strong user experience instincts and ability to identify friction
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Comfortable running live training and writing clear documentation
- Curiosity about the broader technology and AI landscape
- Ability to translate outside best practices into practical internal action
- Builder’s mindset; comfortable designing strategy and writing quick-start guides
