Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
- Experience using SQL, BI, or similar tools to analyze complex data and explain business performance
- Strong structured problem-solving and financial acumen
- Experience in eCommerce, fulfillment, supply chain, or another complex operating environment
- Ability to translate analysis into concise executive narratives and clear recommendations
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams, lead ambiguous initiatives, and drive measurable results
- Master's degree and 3 years' experience is listed as preferred
- Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
