About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide products and services to enhance Customer relationships
Get to know customers and understand and educate them regarding their financial needs
Recommend appropriate products and services through in-person interactions and outbound calling efforts
Open new accounts and submit loan applications
Comply with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
Resolve customer service issues
Perform account maintenance requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent is required
At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience
Previous banking experience is preferred
Previous cash handling experience is required
Prior consultative sales experience is required
Proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner
Previous experience in a retail sales environment is strongly preferred
Proven ability for attention to detail
Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs
Proven, excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to market Bank products and services
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without an employer-sponsored petition for a visa
