Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with cloud environments
- Experience with Microsoft Enterprise technologies
- Experience with enterprise computer hardware
- Working experience with network communication protocols (http, ftp, sftp, ssl, udp, tcp/ip, DNS)
- Experience with IT system segregation
- Experience with IT general controls and auditing
- Experience with command-line tools and scripting
- Preferred 3+ years IT support in a corporate environment
- Preferred 5+ years IT enterprise hardware support
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and business-critical operational systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, BMC Control-M)
- Experience administering Linux/UNIX-based environments (e.g., Oracle Linux, RHEL)
- Experience with automation, scripting, and systems integration technologies (e.g., Bash, KornShell, Python, SFTP, SCP)
