Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Learning solutions, including learning catalog structure, courses, offerings, specializations, learning communities and learner self-service
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with HR, learning and development and business leaders
- Translate business needs into Oracle Cloud configurations for learner assignments, enrollment and approval rules, notifications and completion tracking
- Provide strategic guidance on learning and compliance training best practices and system capabilities
- Configure catalog setup, eligibility and audience rules, security roles and learner journeys
- Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management and external systems, including third-party content providers and SCORM and xAPI standards
- Plan and support data conversion of learning catalogs and historical learning records
- Lead POC, CRP, SIT and UAT testing cycles, defect resolution and deployment activities
- Develop functional specifications for reports, dashboards and integrations, including OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
- Coordinate and guide technical teams, offshore resources and cross-functional partners
- Mentor consultants on the learning workstream
- Support client training, knowledge transfer and go-live readiness
- Own workstream timelines, deliverables, risks and status communications to the project team and client leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud Learning implementations, including quarterly patch cycles and regression testing
- Hands-on experience configuring the learning catalog, courses, offerings, learner assignments, learning security and approvals
- Experience with learning content integration, third-party content providers and SCORM
- Experience with at least 1 Oracle Redwood Learning implementation, including Visual Builder Studio customization
- Strong understanding of learning and development and compliance training processes, including mandatory training, certifications, recurring assignments, audience rules, eligibility rules and learner completion tracking
- Ability to plan work effort, manage priorities and work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Current Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Learning is an additional advantage
- Experience mentoring consultants and coordinating offshore resources is an additional advantage
- Experience loading learning catalog and completion history through HCM Data Loader is an additional advantage
- Experience supporting regulated or compliance-heavy training environments such as healthcare, higher education or the public sector is an additional advantage
- Proficiency in at least one additional Oracle Cloud HCM module is an additional advantage
