About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects within a team of Project Managers, Consultants, and Analysts
- Use client details to create custom solutions via the Evention SaaS
- Develop skills in client relations, solution architecture, and system integrations
- Lead projects through setup, training, testing, and go-live phases
- Understand clients' current processes to define project opportunities
- Create tailored Evention software for clients
- Draft documentation using web-based project management tools
- Document customized Evention processes with Development, Professional Services, and other internal teams
- Communicate relevant product site intricacies to Evention's Client Success Team
- Coordinate across Account Executives, Development, Design, and Client Success to promote client retention
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, other Consultants, and Analyst within the department sub-team
- Work across departments to drive implementation, commercial, and product success
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in one or more of the following: Hospitality Food & Beverage Administration and/or Accounting
- 2+ years in Retail Administration and/or Accounting
- 2+ years in Other Banking, Accounting, and/or Finance Administration
- 2+ years in Technical / Software (SaaS preferred) Training
- 2+ years in Technical / Software (SaaS preferred) Customer Service
- Ability to lead projects within a team of Project Managers, Consultants, and Analysts
- Ability to use client details to create custom solutions via Evention SaaS
- Ability to develop skills in client relations, solution architecture, and system integrations
- Ability to own and lead projects through setup, training, testing, and go-live phases
- Ability to understand clients' current processes and define project opportunities
- Ability to create tailored Evention software solutions for clients
- Ability to draft documentation with web-based project management tools
- Ability to document customized Evention processes with internal teams
- Ability to communicate product site intricacies to the Client Success Team
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate across Account Executives, Development, Design, and Client Success associates
