Key responsibilities & impact- Lead engineering enablement, implementation, administration, and continuous optimization of enterprise AI SaaS platforms
- Own platform administration and configuration, including workspace and project management, user provisioning, role-based access controls, authentication, API credentials, usage limits, and lifecycle management
- Partner with application engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to design, integrate, and operationalize AI platform capabilities within enterprise applications and workflows
- Establish and maintain monitoring, observability, usage analytics, performance optimization, incident management, and cost governance controls
- Drive technical onboarding and platform enablement for internal teams, facilitating API access, integration support, environment configuration, and engineering best-practice adoption
- Collaborate with security, risk, compliance, and governance stakeholders to implement standards for identity management, data protection, access controls, and responsible AI usage
- Lead platform enhancements, configuration changes, release coordination, testing, and production readiness activities
- Track platform deliverables, technical milestones, dependencies, and operational risks, proactively resolving impediments and communicating progress
- Evaluate emerging AI models, platform capabilities, and engineering practices for automation, innovation, operational efficiency, and improved developer experience
- Demonstrate technical leadership, structured problem-solving, adaptability, and bias for action while navigating evolving AI technologies
- Where applicable, mentor Technology Delivery and Engineering colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical subject area, or equivalent work experience, is preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience across complex systems and platforms, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-impact solutions
- Deep understanding of software and infrastructure design principles with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams on complex projects
- Experience using Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development team concepts to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality
- Knowledge and experience using Agile management tools such as Jira, Rally or similar platforms
- Excellent oral and written interpersonal abilities; ability to optimally communicate across third parties and technical and business teams
- Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams
- Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
- Proven willingness to learn new technologies
