Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software or data engineering with a relevant Bachelor's degree OR 6 years of experience with a relevant Master's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in people management leading engineering teams
- Proficiency with Databricks or comparable modern data lakehouse platforms
- Proficiency with AWS cloud services and data pipelines
- Demonstrated skill in managing technical teams, process excellence, and meeting roadmap deliverables
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence technical and executive audiences
- U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
- Secret clearance type specified; no clearance required for start
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or related field preferred
- Deep domain expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or Manufacturing preferred
