Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of formal experience in engineering management leading a team of engineers

- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and AWS, including Lambda, ECS, and RDS
- Demonstrated ability to leverage LLM-integrated agents, specifically Claude Code, to improve SDLC speed and code quality
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing SaaS products focused on metrics-driven growth, conversion, and user experience
- Ability to distill complex technical and AI-related trade-offs into actionable plans for leadership and cross-functional partners
