Key responsibilities & impact- Execute inventory allocation plans to maintain regional On-Site Availability (OSA)
- Monitor inventory levels and allocate inventory to warehouses
- Recommend stock transfers to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Analyze stock movement trends and improve inventory placement
- Update stock availability in real time and recommend adjustments based on demand fluctuations
- Track and report inventory allocation metrics aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Inbound Logistics, warehouse, and Merchandise Planning teams
- Resolve inventory-related execution challenges and escalate risks affecting inventory flow and availability
- Communicate inventory status and concerns with internal stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement in allocation processes and inventory management systems
- Use and review AI-generated insights for inventory analysis, trend and risk identification, and allocation decisions
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate repetitive analysis, reporting, and allocation processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Inventory Allocation, Supply Chain Planning, or Logistics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets for inventory analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (IMS, WMS) and reporting tools (Tableau, Excel)
- Willingness to learn and use AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and problem-solving in daily work
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to dynamic business needs
- Ability to influence others to get the results needed to move a project forward
