About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work 100% FTE on an 8-hour day shift

Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate from an approved training program and competency through the Illinois Department of Public Health. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
- Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence. Required
- Initial Certification for CNA. Required
