About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Head Diving Coach with training and development of youth athletes ages 6–18
- Coach age group divers on springboard and platform under the Head Diving Coach's direction
- Support daily practice operations, skill progression, and competition preparation
- Mentor athletes in a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Competitive diving or gymnastics experience
- Dive coaching experience preferred
- Ability to coach age group divers ages 6–18 on springboard and platform
- Resume/CV
- 3 work references with contact information, including at least one supervisor reference
- Letter of interest
- Successful finalist must complete a criminal history background check
- If hired, must present acceptable original documents proving identity and authorization to work in the United States by the third day of employment
