About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Store Manager in daily retail store operations
  • Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Optimize operational efficiency to achieve store performance goals
  • Oversee store operations and help manage and develop the retail team
  • Assist with merchandising and product launches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
  • Strategic perspective and ability to champion change
  • Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Ability to utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
