About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage, entertainment and gaming
- Lead from the floor and maintain high service and presentation standards
- Recruit, coach and develop a confident, engaged team
- Manage P&L performance, labour, rostering, stock and revenue growth
- Work with entertainment partners to deliver successful events and build repeat visitation
- Build relationships with local customers, artists and the wider community
- Maintain licensing, gaming, safety and operational compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Venue Manager or senior hospitality leader
- A hands-on leadership style with a strong presence during peak trade
- Strong commercial understanding and confidence managing venue financial performance
- The ability to build team culture, set clear expectations and maintain standards
- Experience delivering events, promotions and entertainment
- A background in live music venues is preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends and key events
