About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Operational Oversight and Compliance initiatives through operational reporting, data analysis, process oversight, and Excel-based reporting
- Monitor data to meet timeliness and compliance standards
- Assist with external audits and audit reviews
- Identify potential issues and investigate identified issues
- Support development of solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency and resource utilization
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders on compliance activities, audit reviews, operational reporting, and process improvement
- Ensure operational activities align with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Provide recommendations supporting the design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and procedures
- Participate in business process improvement projects for internal business groups
- Contribute to cost/benefit evaluations of external and internal resources
- Analyze business requirements and production specifications to improve management operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must reside in the State of Tennessee
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, or audit review
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of technical or operational experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience through successful completion of the BlueSky program
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional conduct
- Auditing credentials are important
- ECF CHOICES/LTSS experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work either 6:45 AM–3:15 PM CST or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM CST
- Basic Excel skills, including conditional formatting, navigating worksheets, understanding rows and columns, basic formulas, sorting and filtering data, and copy-and-paste functions
