Key responsibilities & impact- Gather Finance requirements, define acceptance criteria, and write clear specifications
- Identify which requests can be configured and which require development
- Manage the Jira backlog and coordinate delivery with developers
- Agree priorities with the manager
- Configure custom fields, records, forms, and SuiteFlow workflows
- Build saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- Manage users, roles, and permissions across subsidiaries
- Support segregation of duties and audit readiness
- Handle CSV imports and mass updates while maintaining data integrity and master data quality
- Build and edit Advanced PDF/HTML templates for invoices, credit memos, and statements
- Test customizations, integrations, and NetSuite releases in Sandbox
- Coordinate UAT with Finance
- Validate financial transactions and GL impact
- Support users, troubleshoot issues, document changes, and write short user guides
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience administering ERP, CRM, or other business systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics, or Odoo
- Comfortable configuring fields, forms, reports, and workflows
- Understanding of data models, record relationships, and reference data
- Ability to clarify stakeholder requests and write clear technical specifications
- Basic HTML/CSS skills
- Comfortable editing templates, including using AI tools to write and review code
- English at B2 level or above
- Careful approach to testing and documentation
- NetSuite experience or certification is nice to have
- Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, or integrations is nice to have
- Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or project coordination is nice to have
