About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a client-facing support partner, managing complex cases from intake through resolution
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements
- Identify and troubleshoot business process issues and determine whether internal resolution or external escalation is needed
- Analyze and report business metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Build and maintain stakeholder partnerships to implement business solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Provide guidance on best practices and support continuous improvement efforts across teams
- Support strategic initiatives, project execution, compliance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, replenishment processes, inventory management, and drivers impacting sales, in-stock levels, and operational performance
- Ability to analyze retail metrics, develop reporting solutions, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience supporting replenishment, forecasting, inventory health, service levels, and operational execution through data-driven insights
- Skills in root cause analysis, process improvement, and resolving complex operational challenges
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
