Key responsibilities & impact- Lead elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Translate stakeholder objectives and business requirements into actionable requirements for application features, workflows, APIs, and integrations
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, data flows, and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Create lightweight wireframes and low-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with UX designers, UI engineers, API engineers, and AWS architects
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout discovery and delivery
- Support testing by validating test cases, participating in UAT, and ensuring requirements coverage
- Assist with integration and deployment readiness by validating end-to-end workflows and data handoffs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, including delivery of complex technical solutions
- Strong experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, use case requirements, data flows, and data transformation processes
- API familiarity and experience working with modern web and mobile UI concepts
- Working knowledge of AWS-based platforms and AI/IDP solutions
- Experience working in Agile / iterative delivery environments
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- CBAP or other Business Analysis certification preferred
- Experience in public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree required with significant relevant experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be a US-based resource due to state government constraints
