About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own cross-regional product management for assigned principals/suppliers operating across multiple countries
- Manage supplier programs, portfolio lifecycle, pricing inputs, and inventory health to deliver growth and margin targets
- Manage regional supplier portfolios; perform gap analysis and scout vendors to fill portfolio gaps
- Maintain strategic supplier relationships and co-own joint business plans
- Coordinate contract execution with Sales, Procurement, Technical, and Operations
- Set margin targets and pricing recommendations; implement price updates and monitor margin quality
- Manage inventory health to achieve turn targets and minimize slow/dead stock
- Forecast forward demand for suppliers
- Analyse trends and competition and translate insights into regional programs and campaigns
- Organise supplier workshops and provide technical training and field support to sales
- Liaise with marketing to create supplier content for training, blogs, exhibitions, and LinkedIn
- Ensure consistent portfolio and pricing guardrails across countries
- Maintain data and systems accuracy, including third-party portals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Stakeholder management across multiple countries
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced Excel/PowerPoint
- Comfortable with specialist systems and portals
- Bachelor’s degree (Science or Business)
- Extensive experience in chemical distribution/manufacturing
- Product management, sales, and customer- or supplier-facing experience
- Willingness/ability to travel 30–40% across assigned sub-regions/regions
