Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate in the design of clinical studies, including methodology, data analysis, interpretation, and reporting of study results
- Author and/or review protocol synopses, protocols, statistical analysis plans, case-report forms, clinical study reports, publications, and other study-level specification documents
- Perform and/or validate statistical analyses and advise on maximizing clarity of data displays
- Communicate results to cross-functional teams

- Follow BMS processes, SOPs, global standards, and project standards while ensuring deliverable quality

Requirements
What you’ll need- Fresh PhD with 3+ years’ experience or MS with 5+ years’ experience in statistics, biostatistics, or a related scientific field
- Experience with clinical trials, drug development, pharmaceutical industry, or healthcare
- Proficiency in scientific computing/programming using SAS, R, or Python
- Experience implementing advanced statistical analysis, data manipulation, graphing, and simulation
- Good interpersonal, communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn regulatory requirements, clinical trial design, data analysis, and interpretation
- Ability to work successfully within cross-functional teams
- Ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
- Experience in standard and advanced statistical methods preferred
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial design preferred
