About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives addressing complex business challenges and supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations and actionable solutions
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for analytics models, prototypes, and production-ready algorithms

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align analytics efforts with business objectives
  • Monitor project risks, measure progress, and adjust plans to ensure successful outcomes
  • Support distribution center startups, volume transitions, store realignments, outages, and unplanned events across Supply Chain networks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field, OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field
  • Extensive experience in advanced analytics and data analysis
  • Proven leadership skills building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Expertise developing and implementing data models, algorithms, and prototypes
  • Demonstrated success providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferred: Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
  • Preferred: Statistical programming languages such as SAS or R
  • Preferred: Master's in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics
