Key responsibilities & impact- Identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems
- Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
- Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements
- Recommend appropriate systems alternatives, enhancements and/or requirements
- Prepare communications and presentations on proposed system solutions
- Apply theoretical knowledge to achieve goals through own work
- Provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s) or graduate/second-level degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s) with an emphasis in finance, economics, math, programming or related quantitative field preferred
- 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving
- Participation in all phases of SDLC lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodology
