Key responsibilities & impact- Lead day-to-day sales operations activities, including pipeline tracking, territory and account updates, and performance reporting
- Prepare WBR, MBR, and QBR materials to provide timely visibility and actionable insights
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify variances, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales data through regular audits, discrepancy resolution, data-entry standards, and process standards
- Lead pricing refreshes
- Own production dashboards in Domo, including basic configuration, data governance, and troubleshooting
- Escalate technical issues as needed
- Coordinate recurring operational processes such as pipeline reviews with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product, and Finance on special projects, pilots, and operational tests that improve sales effectiveness and customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in a sales operations, business operations, or analytics role
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a closely related analytical/operational role supporting sales teams
- Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools, such as Salesforce or similar platforms, for pipeline, forecasting, and territory/account data
- Experience analyzing sales or operational data with SQL
- Experience building recurring reports or dashboards in Domo, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Ability to translate findings into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
- Experience supporting cross-functional processes with Sales and at least one adjacent function, such as Marketing, Finance, or Customer Success
- U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions
