About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Elicit, analyze, specify and validate business and solution requirements
- Identify, refine and articulate business objectives and value propositions

- Participate in developing business cases and communicating project benefits

- Provide direction, coaching and mentoring to less experienced analysts and team members
- Lead the Requirements Definition Process for assigned work

Requirements
What you’ll need- Three years of experience in Business Systems or equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS or other related field
- Experience in BI products and systems

- Advanced relationship management skills
- Advanced business perspective in the property casualty industry
