Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6+ years of experience in an analytics or business intelligence role, with progressive ownership of strategic initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect analytical work to business outcomes
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills with proven experience presenting to and influencing executive audiences
- Track record of building trusted partnerships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deep SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with large, complex datasets
- Familiarity with dbt, Git, and data modeling best practices
- Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau)
- Curiosity, high agency, and a bias toward ownership
- Prior experience with Python/R is a bonus
- Prior experience in or knowledge of web3/crypto industry is a bonus
- Prior exposure to web3 analytics and data providers like Dune, Artemis, Nansen is a bonus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located
