Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, or technology program leadership
- Full English Fluency
- Extensive Guidewire Insurance Suite with deep Policy Center expertise (MUST)
- Sustained P&C domain experience; proven track record leading complex
- People Leadership background (MUST)
- Availability for 2–3 hours of overlap with the US time zone daily
- Advanced Guidewire configuration and Gosu, Integration Framework, REST/SOAP, Java/J2EE, Spring, SQL/Oracle, batch/event-driven patterns, CI/CD, advanced performance tuning and troubleshooting (7+ years)
- Deep experience with Guidewire Jutro Digital Platform (JDP)
- Earnix rating/pricing engine integration
- Cloud-based architecture expertise
- Guidewire Certified Specialist – PolicyCenter Configuration and Insurance Suite Integration (mandatory)
- Additional Guidewire Cloud Certifications preferred
- AI Automation Implementation, Claude AI, Claude Agents
