About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map, analyze, and model business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization through the TOTVS Fluig platform
- Develop, implement, and customize workflows, forms, processes, and applications on the platform
- Gather functional and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders, translating business needs into technology solutions
- Develop and customize features, interfaces, and applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other technologies applicable to the platform
- Integrate Fluig with other corporate systems using APIs, web services, and available integration resources
- Configure and administer platform resources according to project requirements
- Perform functional and technical testing, validate deliverables, resolve defects, and ensure the quality of developed solutions
- Perform code versioning, deploy applications to environments, and carry out corrective and evolutionary maintenance
- Provide technical support, analyze incidents, and propose solutions to issues related to implemented processes and applications
- Prepare technical and functional documentation and guide users on how to use the solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in process analysis, mapping, and modeling
- Knowledge of and experience with TOTVS Fluig, workflows, and forms
- Knowledge of programming logic, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience integrating systems is a plus
