About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise banks on transformation and digitalization projects in corporate banking
- Analyze and optimize business processes across the corporate banking value chain
- Develop and implement target operating models and functional target visions
- Provide functional project leadership and assume responsibility for sub-projects
- Prepare functional specifications, business cases, and management presentations
- Collaborate with business units, IT, and external stakeholders
- Support the acquisition of new projects and contribute to proposals and pitches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Knowledge of the operational corporate banking business, e.g., through experience in a staff function
- In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following areas: corporate banking; international business; corporate client sales; trade finance; operational excellence; capital markets; credit processes, financing products, and lending; regulatory and compliance; cash management and payments; digitalization and process optimization
- Experience managing complex projects
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Enjoy working in a team and interacting with people
- Willingness to travel and flexibility, depending on project requirements
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
